I can't find my download link

In most cases your download should be in your primary inbox or in junk/spam. Please check here to make sure you have it.

Still can't find your download email? Customers frequently misspell their email address by accident at checkout which means their download is sent to the wrong email. If this is the case for you and you haven't received your PDF or audio file yet, and you've also checked spam, send us an email.

It is our mission to make sure you get what you purchased and we want to limit any unnecessary delays or inconveniences.

Email contact@fataleladiesclub.com if you have not received your purchase yet with your full name and the email you used to purchase. We will sort this out for you within 3-5 working days. Please be patient waiting for a response as we get a lot of emails and enquiries daily!

How do I download an e-book I've bought?

Using the download link sent to your email after purchase, you will be taken to a page with your order number and an "Access Now" button. Click this button, then click "Download Now". Your PDF will appear and from here you can save the e-book to your device.

My digital download link is no longer working.

First try again on a new device.
If it still doesn't work, send us an email contact@fataleladiesclub.com and we will reset your link.

I used the wrong email adress when purchasing

No problem.

Just send us your full name, the incorrect email address you used, and the correct one to our email. Don’t forget to include proof of your payment.

We’ll get back to you within 3–5 working days.

I've already purchased but I no longer want my order so I'd like a refund

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of all products on our site we cannot refund customers for any circumstance. This refund policy applies to all payment parties including out of website sales or/and third party payment. Under no circumstances can payments be withdrawn and by checking out on this website you agree to our terms. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site and ensuring you've purchased the product / service you intended to.
